Whatever you are struggling with, or whatever you have experienced, is anchored in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is powerful, it can create both physical and mental responses. Theoretically, hypnosis can take any negative behavior and replace it with a positive behavior, in a safe and easy way. Therein, hypnosis differs from other treatments, because it tackles the cause of the problem and not the symptom.  

 

For instance, you are sleeping poorly, so your doctor prescribes you sleep medication. The medication only addresses the symptom, because if you forget to take your medication your sleeping problem is still there. It has just been repressed with chemical substances. Hypnosis, however, takes on the problem in its entirety. It goes directly to the heart of the problem and fixes it, causing you to sleep deeply, soundly, and feel well-rested in the morning. You do not even have to know consciously why you slept so poorly. Your subconscious knows, that is enough. Without medication or medical intervention, we only address the power of your mind.

Being the only accredited hypnosis school in Belgium, several medical practitioners and social workers find the way to our trainings. Therefore, we keep close contact with doctors, dentists, dermatologists, gastroenterologists, physiotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists. Due to such mutual collaboration, patients are referred to us and visa versa.
